RTMC Pro Multiple Graphs

PS2User Mar 1, 2013 07:06 PM

I've been using RTMC Pro for a little while but I'm stuck on coming up with a solution to something.

We are measuring Soil Moisture at 9 different sites and I have created a way to easily interpret the live data but I want to be able to (on one page) have 1 graph where you can select which sensor is showed (basically allowing me to combine 9 graphs into one) I know the graphs don't have a tabbed feature but is there a way to accomplish this with a CoraScript command...etc.?

I can't plot all 9 sensors on one graph because it is too cluttered. I just want to be able to select an area (either by tab or drop down) and have it plot. I also don't want to create new variables on the data loggers for toggling between points.

If you have the most recent release of RTMC Pro, in the Search box of the Help file, type in noplot. This will bring up a topic, "Selecting which values to plot at run-time".

Basically, you add all your traces to the graph and use a virtual variable in RTMC Pro to determine if they are plotted or not.

Virtual data sources were first added in RTMC 4.0.
