windsonic4 returns 999

Hello,

Can any one help me with this?

I have a CR1000 station with a windsonic4, the station works fine a couple of months but a few days ago the measurements of the sensor are:

Wind direction: 999
Wind speed: 999.99
Diagnostic code: 0

The other variable of the station are Ok

What you think are the reason of this measurements?

Is a long trip to the stations so if i can have some ideas before visit the station it would be nice.

Is the device sharing a SDI-12 port with another SDI-12 sensor? If so, this is known issue.

If not, I would send the unit in to have it examined.

Thanks Sam,

The problem is solved, Some one try to change the program and make mistakes during re programing, i change the program running and everithing is ok now
