CR10X remote connection error

Joan Feb 1, 2013 02:03 PM

I'm running a CR10X in a remote configuration with access over a UMTS router and a RS232-CS I/O converter. The system was running smoothly for about two weeks, but now I cannot establish a connection anymore. LoggerNet returns the "cmd:clockset" error when trying to connect. I still can access the router. I'm wondering if any of the follwing could be the cause of trouble:

- Signal strength to the router too weak?
- Should I use another baudrate (using 9600)?
- Internal battery voltage too low?
- Any internal fuse blown?
- Anything else?

I'm powering the CR10X from battery/solar cell/solar charger; I'm using the 12V output for sensor powering (cup anemometer, wind vane, barometric pressure, T/rH).

I would very much appreciate any hint to solve this connection problem! Thanks!
