csat3 CR3000

Hi
I am trying to program the CSAT3. I was looking at the sample programming in the manual but would but like to include wind gusts per minute. I am not really sure how to do this?

Also I am not sure what use the n=1 statement is and why the variables need to be moved.

Is the scan time used necessary for this type of sensor?Can it be changed? and if so how by how much?

Any advice is appreciated.
