HOBO Weather Station

when I connect this sensor (S-LIB-M003) and then launch
HOBOware pro cannot find the sensor (the sensor is new (S-LIB-M003) )
the logger works with other sensors ( wind speed,temp and humidity ).
in what could be the problem?
maybe logger need to update Firmware? (Update U-DT-l/U-DT-2 Firmware)
