cr1000 program file empty

I have cr1000 with program installed and working fine,
I try to receive the program file *.cr1 from the device and get file with 0 bytes and empty.
I am using the loggernet 3.3.1 I can connect to the device then I am using the receive option I get a successfully message but the file is empty.
is it possible to block the receive file? if it is how can I disable this block?
