Looking for input to help us improve our website

Admin Jun 19, 2009 05:22 PM

We're currently planning an upgrade to the product pages of our website, www.campbellsci.com, and are looking for ideas and suggestions to help us.

If you have a suggestion that would make these pages more useful to you, please post it here.

A couple of questions in particular:
What type of information is most useful to you when you are investigating a product? Specs, brochures, manuals, imagery, ordering info, compatibilities, case studies, etc.?

What information would you like to see that we currently don't make available?

For an example of the category of page we're going to be upgrading, visit the CR1000 page: http://www.campbellsci.com/cr1000.

Thanks for your input.

I really like having the manuals on-line, that's the best way to ensure that something will work the way I expect once I actually have it in-hand.

I'd like to see pricing, sometimes I get all excited about how well a product is going to work based on reading the specs and the manual only to discover it's twice my budget...
