I am attempting to upgrade from a CR23X PB to a CR1000. I tried using the transformer program but I get an error message saying it does not support CR23XTD or CR10XTD. Is there an upgrade that deals with this?
If not what is the best way to proceed?

The transformer supports program creation from mixed array dataloggers only.
You could change the CR23XTD program to a CR23X, and then transform that. There are only a few differences between the two -- any PakBus command you might have used, and table output instead of array.
