Program CR1000 with parsivel OTT 2

HI,

I would like to program the datalogger CR1000 with CR BASIC in order to comunicate(with RS232 port) with Parsivel Disdrometer.
I've tried to test this application note : 2MI-U.
I found this application note at this link :

This programm don't work.
I use PC400 software.

I would like to know if there is a sample program to test the Parsivel disdrometer with the datalogger CR1000.
