CR200 HYPERTERMINAL

Freluque Apr 19, 2012 12:13 PM

Hello !
I have a little problem with CR200 but I hope you will find the solution.

I do not manage to open a hyperterminal session with my cr200 (hyperterminal coming from windows) With the terminal emulator present in loggernet / PC200 software it works after 4 or 5 carriage return ... but with windows terminal, it marks invalid ... always invalid even after 20 carriage return...

Do you know which comand it is useful to synchronize my hyperterminal and CR200...???

Thanks you for your help
best regards
Pascal.

The most likely cause of your problem is that you are using the wrong baud rate. The CR200 is constrained to operate at 9600 baud. Any other rate will tend to generate serial framing errors.

Hello
thanks for your help but of course i operate at 9600 bauds/s...

I found the problem but I do not understand again very much.

In windows terminal if you prompt

key DEL and Return
It seems to work (CR2xx appears!)

To get datas, it is important to del lots of time and to prompt 5 for example to have for example

CR2XX>
5
Rec#=798 Public 2012-4-19 12:19:19
batt_volt(1)=11.63

It is really mysterious ...
