A query,
Last week I went to check a station that has a CR200X, I had no trouble downloading the data, but when I tried to download the program running im the datalogger (CR200X)to make some changes, I realized that the "retrieve" option was disabled and could not download the program, anyone know it can be and how to fix?
I try to download with PC400, Loggernet and PC200W, can connect with all softwares but the Retrieve option was disabled in all.

There is no retrieve option in any software package.
Due to memory constraints and to keep the product low cost the CR200X is sent a compiled version of the program.
It does not store a readable version of the program.
