use RS485 to send Data

I have two Devices NL 100 and Data Logger CR 3000.
the distance between data logger and our computer are more than 40 meter. can we use RS485 portes for connection, what are software configuration?. so this is first time to use NL 100.

You could do the following

CR3000 --- MD485 --- NL100 RS485 / NL100 Ethernet --- network --- LoggerNet

But it sounds like you need a MD485.

Or after reading your post again, maybe I misunderstood your network layout.

in my issue i need to only connect from your computer to data logger.
do you sausage to use only one NL100 with ethernet course over cable?
if this . what is configuration for NL100?

LoggerNet 4 and newer has a tool called the network planner. This tool allows you to lay out your devices graphically and then to specify the links between your devices. It can then use that information to generate settings for all the devices and provides you the means to program those settings into those devices and also to configure LoggerNet.
